Our products are of very good quality and we offer a two-year warranty. If you have any quality problems within 2 years, please feel free to contact us. We will change a new belt for you for free.

When was the package sent out?

Except for weekends, Most of the orders will be sent out within 24 hours.

If you do not receive the order or the product is damaged(though the rate is very very low)?

We will give a full refund or resend it to you if you do not receive the order or the product is damaged. If the package arrives, at last, you can keep it as a gift. As for the damaged product, you can keep it as a gift.

About the shipping?
